LadyFast - Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LadyFast mobile application (“App”), operated by 9 to 3 Lab Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. About LadyFast

LadyFast is a fasting-planning and wellbeing app designed to help women align fasting practices with menstrual cycles, moon cycles, and lifestyle rhythms.
The App provides:

  • Fasting schedule planning

  • Cycle tracking options

  • Weight and mood tracking

  • Educational content

  • General wellbeing tools

LadyFast does not provide medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LadyFast.

By using the App, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

LadyFast is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Fasting affects individuals differently.

  • You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting or dietary program.

  • The App provides general guidance only and may not be suitable for everyone.

  • If you experience dizziness, fainting, nausea, palpitations, sleep issues, hormonal changes, or any discomfort, you must stop fasting and seek medical advice immediately.

You use LadyFast at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

LadyFast offers auto-renewing subscriptions (“Subscription”) to access features.

4.1 Billing

Subscriptions are processed through:

  • Apple App Store (Apple users)

  • Google Play Store (Android users)

Payments, refund policies, renewals, billing periods, and cancellation terms are governed by the respective store’s rules.

We do not store or process your payment information.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Unless cancelled:

  • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle.

  • Your account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.3 Managing & Cancelling

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:

Apple users:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Google Play users:

Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

Cancellations take effect at the next billing period; no partial refunds are provided.

4.4 Free Trials

If offered, free trials convert automatically to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Only one trial per user may be permitted.

5. User Data & Privacy

Your use of LadyFast is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

We follow Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and other applicable regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide in the App is accurate.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App

  • Interfere with the App’s functionality

  • Share your account or allow others to access features

  • Upload harmful content (malware, scripts, scraping tools, etc.)

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, design, graphics, code, text, branding, and content are owned by 9 to 3 Lab Pty Ltd or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

8. Availability & Updates

We may update or modify the App at any time, including:

  • UI changes

  • Feature changes

  • Bug fixes

  • Security updates

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime

  • Compatibility issues

  • Data loss

  • Network interruptions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We make no guarantees that fasting results, weight changes, or health outcomes will occur.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue using it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the App

  • We discontinue the App

Upon termination, all licences given to you will end.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
